Educational Qualification-
Assistant Director– Candidates having Graduation Degree and 06 years working experience in handling administration,finance,HRD /related field OR Candidates having LLB Degree with o3 years of working experience in relevant field will be eligible for this post.
Assistant Director (Technical)-Candidates having Masters Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Food technology/Food Science& Technology/equivalent OR PG Diploma in Food Safety/Food Science/Food Processing/Quality Assurance in Food Sector OR B.E or B.Tech Degree in Food Technology with relevant field experience will be eligible for this post.
Technical Officer- Candidates having Masters Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Food technology/Food Science& Technology/equivalent OR PG Diploma in Food Safety/Food Science/Food Processing/Quality Assurance in Food Sector OR B.E or B.Tech Degree in Food Technology with relevant field experience will be eligible for this post.
Central Food Safety Officer-Candidates having Degree in food Technology/Dairy Technology/Biotechnology/Oil Technology/Agriculture Science/Veterinary Science/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Masters Degree in Chemistry/Degree in Medicine will be eligible for this post.
Administrative Officer- Candidates having Graduation Degree and 06 years working experience in handling administration,finance,HRD /related field OR Candidates having MBA /CA/CS /ICWA Exam qualified with relevant work experience will be eligible for this post
Assistant- Candidates having Bachelor Degree in any field will be eligible for this post. 
Junior Assistant- Candidates who have passed their Intermediate/12th level of examination from any recognized board will be eligible for this post.
